Following the recent announcement that Kapitol Group has been appointed as the builder of Hurstmon, Malvern East, the development has now broken ground with construction underway.
Emphasis has been placed on the delivery and installation of the unique vertical rammed earth columns that line the front and west façade of the building. This enables the building to meld seamlessly into the local streetscape, which is filled with the abundant native greenery that Malvern East is known for.

The Melbourne-based developer Landream, in collaboration with project manager Codicote, have announced the high-end residential builders, Kapitol Group, have been awarded the $17 million plus construction contract to deliver the Malvern East apartment development Hurstmon.
Kapitol, who have built Sarah Sands in Brunswick and are also currently building a 20 apartment development in Collingwood, are set to start construction next month of the Telha Clarke-designed apartment project of 39 apartments.
